Daily Physical activity

Members will engage in a diverse range of daily physical education activities designed to develop essential motor skills for various sports. Our daily noncompetitive programs cater to boys and girls of all ages and backgrounds, providing enjoyable and fitness-focused opportunities. These activities promote healthy, active lifestyles for both athletic and non-athletic youth. Offerings include Team & Individual Sports, Fitness Challenges, Aerobics & Yoga, Athletic Leagues, Billiards & Table Tennis, Game Room Tournaments, and Game Room Leagues.

Athletics Program

Our athletics program encourages youth ages 6 to 18 to increase their overall fitness and health through physical activity while learning the fundamental skills of many sports. This program increases physical fitness, featuring a variety of fun and engaging activities and games. We have 3 Traveling Basketball Teams, which include 2 boy’s teams and a girl’s team which participates in a league with other Boys & Girls Clubs in our area.

Recreational Activities

Travel Floor Hockey, Travel Basketball, Orange ball, Capture the Flag, Floor Hockey, Football, Basketball
