My daughter needed to do some community service and did it at the Club. She was hanging with the wrong crowd at school. I am so glad we chose the Club for her community service. When she was done she signed up to be a member because she met some great kids in the teen program. They are now her friends and is now making positive choices. I am so proud of her and as a single parent, I owe the Club big time.

Payments will be processed each Thursday for the upcoming week.

- ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON TRANSFERABLE
- IF A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD IS DECLINED, YOUR CHILD MAY NOT ATTEND THE SUMMER PROGRAM.
- BY REGISTERING MY CHILD I GIVE PERMISSION FOR MY CHILD TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL ACTIVITIES AT THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF LOWER MERRIMACK VALLEY.
- I ALSO GRANT PERMISSION FOR PHOTOS OF MY CHILD TO BE USED FOR MARKETING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS PURPOSES.
